Annual costs and planned stops
Planned stops are a scenario. No services are cancelled. The estimated annual reduction is the selected rows’ annual total. Actual savings are not guaranteed.

Exact annual amounts are summed before monthly averages are rounded half up to cents. “approx.” marks a rounded average. Row averages may differ from the total by a few cents; planned-stop and retained averages may differ from the current average by 0.01.

How it works
Enter the cost per payment and billing period: monthly × 12, quarterly × 4, yearly × 1. A quarter is three months and a year is twelve months. The monthly average divides the annual amount by 12; it is not the amount billed each month.
Selected planned stops remain in the current total. The tool then separates planned stops from retained subscriptions. A report appears only after you calculate; any edit clears the previous result until you calculate again.
Frequently asked questions
Does this cancel a subscription?
No. It only calculates your selected scenario. Contact each provider yourself to check cancellation methods and terms.
Is the monthly average my bill?
No. It divides the annualized amount by 12 and excludes billing dates, refunds and taxes.
Can I mix currencies?
No. The label does not convert currencies. Enter all amounts in one currency.
Why can row averages differ from the total?
Rows are rounded for display; totals are calculated from exact annual amounts first. Planned-stop and retained averages are also rounded separately, so their sum can differ from the current average by 0.01.
Are entries saved after leaving?
No. Copy or download the report yourself. This is not an accounting record.
Limits and privacy
All entries are processed in the current page. The tool does not connect accounts, read bills, send subscription contents or save entries in website storage. The initial load still downloads website files. Calculations work offline after the page has loaded; first-time offline loading is outside this version.
Refreshing, clearing or leaving clears the page’s draft and results. This does not mean system memory is securely erased. You and your browser manage copied text and downloaded files. The tool does not make financial, legal or cancellation eligibility decisions.
